Abstract

UMI AMALIAH. 2015. 8223128308. Analisis Keputusan Pembelian Produk Tupperware Di Cabang Cipinang. D-IIIProgram Study Marketing Management. Department of Management. Faculty of Economic. Jakarta State University. This scientific work was made in order to determine how consumers in choosing the purchasing decisions for products tupperware in the branch cipinang. And to find out how consumer responses about products tupperware. The dimensions of the purchasing decisions thatintroduction of the problem, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision, post-purchase behavior, the method used in data collection are through library research, survey and questionnaires. Results of analysis of 100 respondents, 89% because that consumers make purchases Tupperware products because they feel satisfied. 91% because that the consumer will buy the product again tupperware regularly because consumers are satisfied with the product tupperware. 84% because that consumers will become customers tupperware. And 88% because that consumers will make recommendations tupperware products to friends, family and others.
