Abstract
AULIAH JULIO SAPUTRA. 2009. 8223098115. “Relationship Of Product Quality To Customer Satisfaction at CV Dwi Tunggal Mandiri”. Program Study DIII Marketing Manajemen, Department of Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. Scientific work aims to determine the Influence product quality to customer satisfaction CV Dwi Tunggal Mandiri. The method used in this study is a descriptive study with data collecting through study literature, questionnaires, and observations in CV Dwi Tunggal Mandiri. From the writing of scientific work is that the company should be able to give satisfaction to its customers. One of them through the products with good quality, which is able to meet their needs. One of the factors that influence customers satisfaction is the quality of the product. The research was conducted on 50 customer CV Dwi Tunggal Mandiri, composed of 21 hotels and 29 restaurants. The sample was selected using the Slovin formula. Measuring devices used are Likert scale. Results of analysis of data showed that product quality influence customer satisfaction by 5%, indicating that the quality of the products had a role in increasing customer satisfaction with the percentage of 5%.
