Abstract

SANTI. 2013. 8223108307. Analysis of Brand Image In Anti Dandruff Shampoo Product Brand Zinc (consumer surveys in Carrefour Lebak Bulus). Studies Marketing Management Diploma Program. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. Jakarta State University. The aims of this paper is to identify Brand Image of Anti Dandruff Shampoo Product Brand Zinc. Type of research is using descriptive analysis. The study population was anti-dandruff shampoo users Zinc. Sampling is done by using a non-probability method and more specifically Convenience sampling technique, with the method of data collection through literature study and survey. The results of the study showed that zinc has anti-dandruff positive image, it can be seen from the dimension positive evaluation inside consumers towards the attitutes. But there are two aspects have negative assessment, the design of the bottle and variant types of antidandruff shampoo Zinc is a taste/consumer favorite.
