Jurusan Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to determine how about the quantity level of installment to turn up an incentive with greater rate than cash sales that can encourage sales employee to do installment sales and increase salaries and incentive sales employee and installment sales system in the company can attract consumers to purchase to improve the unit of motor vehicle sales. Research method that used is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, of data collection through field observations, interviews, and data through library. From the results of this study concluded that the quantity level installment that raised an incentive at a rate greater for sales employees to encourage to do installment sales and increase salaries and incentive sales employee and installment sales system in the company can attract consumers to purchase to improve the unit of motor vehicle sales.
