Abstract

ABSTRACT SANDRA PRAVITASARI S. The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Motivation to Achievement of Employees at Operational Office of PT Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) in East Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Education Concentration of Office Administration, Program Study of Economics Education, Departemen Ecomonics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, October 2014. This research aimed to determine the influence between job saticfaction and motivation to job achievement for the employees of Operational Office of PT Citra Van Titipan Kilat in East Jakarta. This research be done about one month calculated from July 2014 to August 2014. There is research method that be used is survey method by causality approach. Population in this research is all employees of Operational Office of PT Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) in East Jakarta and affordable population from this research is employee of traffic department that about 87 persons. Sample that be used about 68 persons by using proportional random sampling technique. Data processing in this research use SPSS program of 18.0 version. Base on F test be known that F (38,736) > F (3,14), means Ho be refused, so that can be concluded the job satisfaction (X table 1) and motivation (X) simultaneously influence to job achievement (Y). While base on t test be known that t 2 hitung count from job satisfaction (5,334) and t of motivation (4,182) > t table (2,00) so the conclusion is job satisfaction (X ) and motivation (X ) have positive influence that significant to job achievement (Y). And the result of path analysis test be gotten high of influence for job satisfaction (X 12) to the job achievement (Y) by to be moderator of motivation (X) is about (0,159), it can be concluded that there is indirect influence between job satisfaction (X1) to job achievement (Y) that to be moderator by motivation (X).Biside that, the result of R² equal to 0,544 that means job achievement beinfluenced by variable of job satisfaction and motivation is about 54,4% and 45,6% is influence by other variable which is not to being observed.
