Abstract

ABSTRACT FITRIANI AHUDIN. 8105110217. Effect of Parents Environment and Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes Student at SMK Paramarta Ciputat. Script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Consentration of Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between Parents Environment and learning motivation on learning outcomes student at SMK Paramarta Ciputat. This research was carried out for four months since March 2015 until June 2015. The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all the students at SMK Paramarta Ciputat. The affordable population were all the 10th grade students of the office administration with total 95 students. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 78 respondents. Data collecting technique, were used logging documents, interviews and questionnaires. To get the data results of the study, done by averaged the test result of Kewirausahaan subject in 2nd semester, while parents environment and learning motivationobtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between the parents environment with learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows t count 4,355 > t 1,668. Learning Motivation partially effects on learning outcomes, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows t count 3,362 > t table table 1,668. Parents environment and learning motivation simultaneously effect on learning outcomes, it’s seen by data analysis that shows f count 26,172 > f table 3,18.
