Abstract

HERU YUNIANTO. Relationship Between Work Environment and Productivity At Work With Employee PT. MNC Finance at Jakarta. Scription, Jakarta : Study Program Of Commerce Education. Major Economy and Administration, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this researches is to get a valid and reliable data of fact, to know more the relation between work environment with the productivity of employees working in PT. MNC Finance at Jakarta. The researches has done from February until June 2012.The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The study population was all employees of PT. MNC Finance at Jakarta. Population is the inaccessibility of employees of PT. MNC Finance at Jakarta the production amounted to 40 employees. Then, based on the determination of the sample table of Isaac and Michael amount of sample from a population with a sampling error of 5% is 36 employees. This sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. To capture the data variable X (work environment), used the instrument in the form of questionnaires, distributed to the employees of PT. MNC Finance at Jakarta, after it tested the validity browse through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. As for the variable Y (Productivity Work) used secondary data from the data document Employee Productivity Assessment. The results of the reliability of the variable X (work environment) of 0.902. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 72,81 + 0,1 X. after that, data normality test by using Liliefors formula and the result is Lo= 0.1141 in significant level 0.05 and Lt = 0.14767. So Lo < Lt, mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. Regression linierity test, Fcount (0.75) < Ftable (2.46), showing that regressing is linier. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (20.11) > Ftable (4.13), showing that regression. While the result of product moment of correlation coefficient significance test, is rxy 0.613. continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with test-t. counting result is tcount = 4.528, while ttabel on dk = 36 – 2 = 34 and significance level 0.05 is 1.70 and so tcount > ttabel. From counting, node that it has significance relation between of determination coefficiency tes is rxy2 = 0.6132 = 0.376 mean that 37.62% variation in labor productivity is determined by the occupational work environment. Conclusions of this study is that there is a positive relationship between work environment at work productivity of employees with PT. MNC Finance at Jakarta.
