Abstract

ABSTRACT MARIANI FITRI. The Influence Of Motivation Students And Discpline to Study for Students of the Results of the Student Learning Class X Administration Offices in Smk Nurul Iman East Jakarta. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2014. This research aims to explain the influence of motivation and discipline to learn learning outcomes, where students learn discipline can be seen from coming too late, not class, not do their tasks and late in collecting duties on a student X Administration Office in SMK Nurul Iman East Jakarta. A method of research that is done is a method of surveying with the approach of correlational. The population all students SMK Nurul Iman East Jakarta. The population at affordable prices as much as 41 students. Samples taking as many as 41 students of the table for level Isaac Michael error 5% chosen by random namely 36 samples to X AP. Data needed to calculate the results of study is test results central semester exams, already be converted according to the school. The technique with proportional random sample collection technique .Model based on double regression equation Y = 21,645 + 0,157 X 1 + 40,533 X he next test requirements analysis of the study results is tested siginifikasi ( Y ) ,motivation ( X 1) and learning discipline (X) all of which more than 0.05 and data H0 accepted it means normal distribution. The results of the testing can be seen that the value of siginifikasi on linearity 0,001 as much as. Because significantly less than 0.05 it can be inferred H0 rejected it means learning outcomes have influence with the motivation that is linear. It can be seen that the value of siginifikasi on linearity 0,000 as much as. Because of significance in more than 0.05 it can be inferred h0 received between discipline learn by study results have no relationship that is linear. The testing of hypotheses by the use of test F2 15,274 > F 3,181, It means H0 rejected , so can be inferred motivation and discipline learn simultaneously effect on study results and using the t t tabel from motivation 2,746 > t 1,692 So H0 rejected, in conclusion that is motivation have a significant positive impact of the results of the study. T tabel from learning discipline 2,936 > t tabel 1,692. So H 0 hitung rejected , in conclusion that is the discipline to learn had a significant positive influence on the study results. Test of the coefficients determined produce r2 0,499 so the ability of a variable motivation and discipline to learn to explain the study results is simultaneously 48,1% while the rest of 51,9% influenced by other factors not screened.
