Abstract

ABSTRACT NUR FATHIYAH. The Influence of Incentive and Job Environment to Job Satisfaction of Employee In PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Cibitung. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concetration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2015. This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of incentive and job environment to job satisfaction of employee in PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Cibitung. The research was conducted over three month from March to May 2015. The research method used is survey method with the causuality. The research population was all employee of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur as much 1895. The sample used as many as 110 employee by using proportional random sampling. Data variable Y (Job Satisfaction) and data variable X (Job Environment) questionnaire using likert scale. variable X (Incentive) is secondary data obtained through the company’s data. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 18.0. From the result of Ftest, found that F count 1 (30,658) > F (3,08). This means that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce t is (4,957) = t table (1,66.). Because t count =t It can be concluded that there is apositive influence on the job satisfaction of work between incentive and X table, (4,835) = t table (1,66). Because t count =t , It can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the job satisfaction between job environment. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,364 or 36,4% variable Y determined by X table and X . Based on the results of the multiple regression equationobtained the equation is Y= 32,258 + 0,156X 21 + 0,374X2 . Beside that, the result of R Eqqual to 0,364 which means that incentive and job environment can explained job satisfaction eqqual to 36,4% and 63,6% explained with another variabel.
