Abstract

ABSTRACT Generally, the purpose of the research is to analyze the feasibility of the project's business powerhouse PT Energia Prima Nusantara terms of 6 aspects as for aspects of the feasibility study to be discussed include legal aspects, environmental aspects, market and marketing aspects, aspects of engineering and technology, management and human resources and financial aspects. Feasibility study is in-depth research on a viable business idea or ideas about the run considering the legal aspects, environmental aspects, market and marketing aspects, aspects of engineering and technology, management and human resources, and financial aspects. Each of these aspects can contribute to the power generation business decides is feasible or not feasible. The method used by researchers in the business feasibility analysis is a descriptive study using qualitative techniques. In the legal aspect the researchers discuss how the project can meet the requirements of the labor law wage system based on existing regulations as well as related business license business establishment. While the environmental aspects of the environment competitor seen by comparing with competitors and to clearly describe how external opportunities and threats facing the company, tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of the SWOT and five forces models. Aspect will discuss techniques and technologies related to the production site. Aspects of Human Resources and Management discusses the amount of human resources needed as well as job analysis, job description and job specifications. Meanwhile to see the business feasibility of the financial aspects of research using analysis of the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and payback period. Financial aspects of the investment value obtained payback period of 18 years 7 months, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 20% and a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 40,778,218,127.
