Abstract

DYAH AYU SEKARINI. 8105145051. The Influence of Job Insecurity and Organizational Commitment To Turnover Intention On Employees PT. Totalindo Eka Persada Jakarta. Essay. Jakarta: Economic Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, July 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of job insecurity and organizational commitment to turnover intention on employees in PT Totalindo Eka Persada Jakarta. This research is conducted for one month starting from April to May 2018. The research method used is survey method. The research population is the employees of PT. Totalindo Eka Persada and the sample used in this research is 105 employees by using simple random sampling. Y variable data (turnover intention), X1 (job insecurity) and X2 (Organizational Commitment) use primary data by using Likert scale model. Data analysis technique using SPSS 24.00 The result of F test in ANOVA table yield F count equal to (52.805) > F table (3.09), this means X1 and X2 simultaneously give influence to Y. Test t produce t count X1 (3.727) <t table (1.982) and variable X2 (-3.000) <t table (1.982), there is positive influence on X1 and Y and negative influence to X2 and Y. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is positive influence of job insecurity turnover intention and negative influence of organizational commitment to turnover intention. The result of research have multiple regression equation Y = 52.805 + 0.324 (X1) – 0.445 (X2). The determination coefficient determination test (R2) is 18%, ie each variable X1 and X2 contribute influence of 18 % to Y and the remaining 82% is influenced by other factors not included in the research.
