YULITA ERIKA. 2015. 8143154965. ANALISIS TUGAS DAN FUNGSI KEPEMIMPINAN PADA DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER DIVISI HRD PT. JASA MARGA CABANG JAKARTA – CIKAMPEK. Program D3 Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Scientific paper aims to know the style of leadership at the Deputy General Manager of the HRD division. The method used in the writing of this scientific paper using descriptive analysis method using data collection methods through observation, interview and literature study. From the results of the writing it can be seen that in leading, the leader is needed to first know the duties and functions of a leader. Some of the leaders' important tasks are supervision, assertiveness, direction, guidance and motivation of leaders on employee performance. Also needed is the effectiveness of the leader in playing his leadership style. Keyword : Task and Leadership Function
