Abstract

Dian Helana, The Relationship Between Learning Discipline and Learning Environment with Learning Results of Business Economics to Students at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. Essay. Jakarta: Business Education Studies Program Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2018 This research is conducted in 6 (six) months, starting from January 2018 until June 2018 at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. This research has 2 (two) purpose, that is to know the relation between learning discipline (X1) with learning result (Y) business economics at student at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta and to know relation between learning environment (X2) with learning result (Y) business economics at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. The method used in this research is survey method with correlational approach while the research population used is all students in SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta, with affordable population of class X students amounting to 209 students. The sampling technique used is propotional random sampling as many as 131 students. Test requirement analysis that is normality test with kolmogorov smirnov test with level of significance 0,05 produce significance 0,200 for all variable. It can be concluded that the data of the three variables are normally distributed. Regression linearity test Y for X1 produces a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 and linearity test Y for X2 produces a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 so that it can be concluded that the regression equation is linear. The simple regression analysis test Y over X1 has the equation Ῡ = 50,323 + 0,349X1 and test Y over X2 has equation Ῡ = 35,68 + 0,375X2. Furthermore, the t test was carried out, resulting in Y overcome X1 thitung (8.552)> t table (1.9788), and Y on X2 thitung (10.078)> t table (1.9788), so that it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence. The coefficient of determination Y on X1 is 0.362, indicating that 36.2% of learning outcome variables are determined by the discipline of learning, and Y over X2 is 0.441 or 44.1%, indicating that 44.1% of the variables of learning outcomes are determined by the learning environment.
