Abstract

NOVILIA PUSPASARI. Influence of Information Systems, Assets Inventory and Human Resource Competence for Asset Management (Study at Ministry of Trade Republic of Indonesia). Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine the effect of information systems, assets inventory and human resource competence for asset management at Ministry of Trade Republic of Indonesia. The Population in this research is operator of State-Owned Property (BMN) and Head of Sub Division Asset Management at 50 work units. This study used census method with total respondents 95 people consisting of 72 BMN operators and 23 Head of Subdivision. This study used questionnaire. Conducting validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the information system, assets inventory and human resources competence have a positive and significant effect partial for asset management. And from the test coefficient of determination known that information systems, asset inventory and human resource competence has an influence on asset management of 44.2%.
