Abstract
The Purpose of the research are: 1) To know the description of compensastion, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of non-production employee at PT. “G”, 2) To determine the effect of compensastion toward organizational commitment of non-production employee at PT. “G”, 3) To determine the effect of job compensastion toward organizational commitment of non-production employee at PT. “G”,. This research is taken 98 non-production employees PT. “G”. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 25,0. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of the regression indicate that there is positive influence and significant between compensation toward organizational commitment and there are positive and significant influence between job satisfaction toward organizational commitment.
