Abstract

ALIFFIA AJENG PRAMESTIWI. 8105145103. The Influence Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction At Employee of Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kota Tangerang Selatan. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, January 2019. This research has a purpose and that is to know the influence between the Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation our satisfaction Employee Staffing Agency work on the education and training of South Tangerang city. This research was conducted for 3 months calculated from October up to December 2018. Research methods the survey method is used with the koresional approach. The population in this study all employees education and training Employment Agency city of South Tangerang which amounted to 129 employees. The sample used in this study were 95 people using simple random sampling. Variable data X 1 (Quality of Work Life) Variable X 2 (Work Motivation) and the Y variables (job satisfaction) using primary data.Technique of data analysis using SPSS version 23.0. Test results in Table F ANOVA produces Fhitung (32.619) > Ftabel (3.10), this means the quality of work life and motivation of working simultaneously positive effect towards job satisfaction.Test t produce thitung X 1 (6.072) > ttabel (1.985) and thitung X 2 (2.030) > ttabel (1.985). The regression equation on research this is Y = ̌ 3.609 + 0, 669 X1 + 0, 226 X2. The great influence of the dependent variables can be viewed from the value of the coefficient of determination (R square) yangbesarnya 41.5% while the rest amounted to 58.5% is affected by the independent variable that is examined in this study. Conclusion this study is there is a positive and significant influence between Quality of Work Life and motivation of Work Motivation our satisfaction Employee Staffing Agency work on the education and training of South Tangerang city. Companies need to pay attention to quality of work life employees with business-oriented career development in order to enhance the potential of employees, improve employee motivation, facilitate the promotion of employees, improve customer satisfaction work.
