Abstract

LUTHFYANA KHOIRINNISA. 8105141445. The Influence of Learning Discipline and Learning Independence on Student Learning Outcomes of Tenth Grade Office Automation in Subjects Introduction to Office Administration in Vocational High School 10 East Jakarta. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of learning discipline and learning independence on student learning outcomes of class X office automation in introductory office administration subjects at SMK Negeri 10 East Jakarta. This research was conducted for five months, starting from February 2018 to June 2018. The research method used was a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 10 East Jakarta totaling 721 students. The affordable population is students of Class X Office Automation at SMK Negeri 10 East Jakarta. The technique used is a proportional random technique. Based on the analytical requirements test, the data has been normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Based on the classic assumption test, the multicollinearity test shows that the Tolerance value of the learning discipline and learning independence is 0.106 > 0.1 and the VIF value is 9.3392 <10. While the results of the heteroscedasticity test of learning through the Spearman's rho test, the significance value is 0.823 > 0.05 and 0.818 learning independence> 0.05. Furthermore, the regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 52,142Y + 2,132 X1 + 0,143X2. Based on the hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test. First, based on the results of the F test (Fcount> Ftable), which is equal to 1581,144 > 4,00. Second, based on the results of the t test (t count> t table), namely the learning discipline of 15,393> 2,004 and learning independence of 3,099> 2,004. Based on the coefficient of determination, the discipline of learning and learning independence simultaneously affect learning outcomes by 98.3% while the remaining 1.7% is influenced by other factors not examined. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between the discipline of learning and the independence of learning on student learning outcomes of Class X Office Automation in subjects Introduction to Office Administration at SMK Negeri 10 East Jakarta.
