Abstract

The Effect Of Learning Facilities And Learning Style On The Learning Outcomes Of Correspondence Subjects For Tenth Grade Students In Office Administration At Tirta Sari Surya Vocational High School Jakarta. Script. Jakarta: Economic Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and visual learning styles on the learning outcomes of correspondence subjects in class X Office Administration at SMK Tirta Sari Surya Jakarta. This research was conducted starting from October 2018 to January 2019. The research method used was a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all students at SMK Tirta Sari Surya Jakarta, amounting to 695 students. The reachable population is class X Office Administration Office of SMK Tirta Sari Surya Jakarta, amounting to 138 students. The sample used in this study was 100 students. The technique used is a proportional random technique. Learning outcome data (Y) is secondary data, while learning facility data (X1) and visual learning style (X2) are primary data using a Likert scale. Based on test requirements analysis, data has been normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Based on the classic assumption test, in the multicollinearity test there is a Tolerance value of learning facilities variables and visual learning styles of 0.771 > 0.1 and VIF values of 1.297 < 10. For heteroscedasticity test results through the Spearman's rho test, the significance value of learning facilities is 0.986 > 0,05 and visual learning style 0.942 > 0.05. The regression equation test obtained is Ŷ = 31.119 + 0.318 X1 + 0.126 X2. For the results of the F test based on the ANOVA table, obtained Fcount of 44, 391 > Ftable 3.09 which means learning facilities and visual learning styles simultaneously have a positive effect on learning outcomes. While the results of the t test obtained tcount of learning facilities amounted to 7.063 > ttable 1.985, which means learning facilities affect the learning outcomes. While tcount of visual learning style is 2,093 > ttable 1,985, which means visual learning styles influence the learning outcomes. Then for the test the coefficient of determination is 0.478, which means that there are influences of independent variables namely learning facilities and visual learning styles on the dependent variable that is learning outcomes of 47.8% and the remaining 52.2% is influenced by factors or other variables not examined.
