Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimsto findthecorrelationsof variables on the internal business environment, external business environment on company performance mediated by the company's strategy. The object of this research is the managerial group of theBadan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial l(BPJS) Ketenagakerjaanof the DKI Jakarta Regional Office. The research method isquantitative method, using Partial Least Square Modeling (PLS Modeling) analysis. The results of data processing in this study indicate that:a) The internal business environment does not affect the company's strategy, b) The external business environment influences the company's strategy, c) The internal business environment does not affect the company's performance. d) External business environment influences company performance, e) Company strategy influences Company Performance, f) Internal business environment does not affect company performance mediated by company strategy, g) External business environment influences company performance mediated by company strategy. .
