Abstract

ANNISA ARDIANTI EKA SUCI. 2019. 8143165175. Analysis of Leadership Communication in Legal Collateral Document Management (LCDM) PT. Bank YYY. Study Program of Diploma Degree of Office Administration, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Scientific Work aim to increase the knowledge about communication, and to know how important effective communication between the leader and employees in LCDM division PT. Bank YYY. Methods in collecting data used in this Scientific Work is an analysis of observations during the period of implementation of Field Work Practice Activities. From the result of this scientific work can be concluded that LCDM division requires effective communication by applying effective communication standard. Other than that LCDM division need to apply legal effective communication concept so that communication can be good and organizational goals are achieved. Key Word: Communication, Effective Communication.
