Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This Scientific Work aims to find out about employee workloads in the sharia business sub unit Perum Jamkrindo. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with methods of collecting data through observation, survey and interview. From this result, it can be seen that in each company requires division of labor in a job that is with a clear separation of tasks between parts equally so that not to overload the burden of employees in work.
