Abstract

RIZKI UMAMI. 8105150494. “the influence of organizational behaviour and job stress to job satisfaction on teacher of vocational high school 16 of jakarta”. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2019. This research purpose is to find out the influence of organizational behaviour and job stress to job satisfaction on teacher of vocational high school 16 of Jakarta. This research was conducted for 4 (four) months starting from January to April 2019. The research method used was a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this research is all teachers of vocational high school who totaling 37 teachers. The sample used in this study was 33 teachers. Data variable Y (Job Satisfaction), variabel X1 (Organizational Behaviour), and variabel X2 (Job Stress) are used primary data with the International Standardized Scale Likert scale model. The data is tested by construct validity through a validation process, namely the calculation of the score correlation coefficient with a total score and reliability test with Cronbach Alpha formula. X1 variable reliability results is 0,840, X2 variable reliability results is 0,889, and Y variable reliability results is 0,861. This is prove that the instrument is reliable. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 20.0 program. Based on test requirements analysis, data is normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Based on the classic assumption test, in the multicollinearity test there is a Tolerance value of organizational behaviour and job stress of 0.903> 0.1 and VIF value of 1.107 <10. Based on heteroscedasticity test with Spearmans rho test, it produces a significance value of X1 0.539 and X2 0.971. This is mean there is no problem with heteroscedasticity because the significance value is more than 0.05. The regression equation obtained in this research is Ŷ = 99,277 + 0,512X1 - 0,669X2. From the results of the Ftest in the ANOVA table, it produces Fcount 32,891> Ftable 3.32. Then, based on the results of the t test with (tcount > ttable or -tcount < -ttable ), that organizational behaviour is 4,335 < 1,697 and job stress is -4,481 < -1,697. Based on the coefficient determination test,organizational behaviour and job stress simultaneously influence on job satisfaction of 68,7% while the rest of 32,3% influence by the other factors not research.
