Abstract

ABSTRACT Mentari Prabawati. 8105132119.The Effect Of Emotinal Intellegence And Learning Motivation Toward To LearningOutcomes On Student SMKN 03 Depok. Script, Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Departement Of Economy And Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. Thepurposeof this researchwas todeterminetheeffect betweenemotional intellegence and learning motivation to learning outcomes in the subject of english language at SMKN 03 Depok. This research was conducted during January, starting from January 2017 until April 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMKN 03 Depok with the inaccessible population of classX (Ten) class of Student Affairs Administration with 94 students. Technique of sampling using random technique proportional, so got the number of research sample counted 75 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recordingand questionnaires. To get the learning result data (Y), done by counting the average value of daily test result of English subjects even semester. Then the data of emotional intelligence (X1) and learning motivation(X2) Obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires on respondents. Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the intelligence Emotional and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 5.594> value ttabel 1.669. Then there is a partial influence between learning motivation and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of 3.790> ttable value 1669. Emotional intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously affect the learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of Fhitung of 45.152> Ftabel value of 3.12. The regression equation obtained isY = 33.786 + 0116X1 + 0.122X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0.556 which means emotional intelligence (X1) and learning motivation (X2) affect the learning outcomes (Y) of 55.6%.
