Abstract

MELSY. Effect of Learning Facilities and Learning Discipline on Learning Outcomes in Economic Subjects at Tulus Bhakti High School. Jakarta: Business Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019. This study aims to obtain the right knowledge to obtain appropriate, valid, valid, and reliable empirical data and facts about the influence of learning facilities and discipline learn about the results of economic study at Tulus Bhakti SMAS. This research was conducted at Tulus Bhakti High School. For four months from March 2019 to June 2019. This type of research uses quantitative methods with survey research. The population used is all students in Tulus Bhakti High School. The sampling technique used was propotional random sampling of 125 students. While the analysis technique of this study uses multiple linear regression. The research hypothesis shows that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of learning facilities on the results of learning economic subjects at Tulus Bhakti Senior High School. If learning facilities are adequate, student learning outcomes will increase. Hypothetis (H1) is evidenced by a simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 65.108 + 0.254X1. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination the effect of learning facilities on learning outcomes R2 value is 0.419. This shows that the learning facilities variable is 41.9% influenced by learning outcomes variables, while the remaining 58.1% is influenced by variables not examined, (2) There is a positive and significant influence of learning discipline on the results of learning economic subjects in the SMAS Tulus Bhakti. If student discipline is high, student learning outcomes will increase. Hypothetis (H2) is evidenced by a simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 72.456 + 0.152X2. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination the effect of learning discipline on learning outcomes the value of R2 is 0.222. This shows that the learning discipline variable is 22.2% influenced by learning outcomes variables, while the remaining 77.8% is influenced by variables not examined, and (3) There is a positive and significant effect of learning facilities and learning discipline on eye learning outcomes Economics in Tulus Bhakti High School. If learning facilities are adequate and student learning discipline is high, student learning outcomes will increase. Hypothetis (H3) is proven by multiple linear regression equation Ŷ = 62,734 + 0,214X1 + 0,081X2. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the effect of learning facilities and learning discipline on learning outcomes, the value of R2 is 0.472. This shows that the learning facilities and learning discipline variables are 47.2% influenced by learning outcomes variables, while the remaining 52.8% are influenced by variables not examined.
