Abstract

Merry Amelia Dewi, 2019; The Intention to Visit Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat: Measuring Place Attachment, Perceived Value, Service Quality and Tourist Satisfaction. Thesis, Jakarta: Bachelor of Education in Business Studies, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Counselor Team: Usep Suhud, P.Hd & Rahmi, S.E., M.S.M The purpose of this research are to determine wheter place attachment affects to tourist satisfaction, perceived value affects to tourist satisfaction, service quality affects to perceived value, service quality affects to tourist satisfaction and tourist satisfaction affects to revisit intention. Method of data collection using survey method with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The samples of this study were 250 respondents with the criteria of having visited the Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat in the past year. Technical analyze data using SPSS version 23 and AMOS version 20 to process and analyze data research results. The results of this study are place attachment, perceived value, service quality are positively affects to Tourist Satisfaction, service quality are positively affects to perceived value and tourist satisfaction are positively affects to revisit intention.
