Abstract

PAMELA TAMARO. The Influence of Salary Satisfaction, Role Stress, and Burnout to Turnover Intention Auditors. Faculty of Economics. Jakarta State University, 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of salary satisfaction, role stress, and burnout on auditor turnover intention levels. The sample in this study was 85 auditors working in international affiliated KAPs in Jakarta. The sampling technique used convenience sampling. Data was collected by using a questionnaire survey technique with 85 auditor as respondents. The research method used is multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The result shows that salary satisfaction, role ambiguity, and role overload do not affect auditor turnover intention. While the role conflict and burnout has a positive effect on auditor turnover intention Keywords: salary satisfaction, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, burnout, auditor turnover intention
