Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the influence of human capital, social responsibility costs, company age and size of the company on bank profitability. Research shows the partial influence of human capital and firm age on the profitability of commercial banks in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. While the cost of social responsibility and firm size has no partial effect on the profitability of commercial banks in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
