Abstract

ABSTRACT ANGGI RAPSANJANI. Correlation between Self-Regulated Learning with Procrastination at 46 Vocational High School of Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2011. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlations between Self-Regulated Learning with Procrastination at 46 Vocational High School Jakarta. The research was has been done for 3 weeks starting from November 14 until Nopember 29 2011. The method of research is survey method with correlational approach., while the data is got from instrument to students at 46 Vocational High School Jakarta. The population was all students of 46 Vocational High School of Jakarta, with total 682 students, and affordable population of this study is a class XI studenst, amounting to 226 students. The sample used as 139 students were using proportional random technique. The data of variable Y (procrastination) is the primary data obtained from the instrument used was a quetinnaire form. As for capturing the data variable X (Self-Regulated learning), the instrument used was a questionnaire form. Before using it, construct validity tested by validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with a total score and reliability testing with Aplha Cronbach formula. The results of the reliability of the instrument variable X (SelfRegulated Learning) of 0.886. While the reliability of the instrument variable Y (procrastination) of 0.873.The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 71,50 – 0,221 X . After that data normality test by using lilliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,0047 in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0,1184, so L . Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is, F count (12,31) > Ftable count (3,92), showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, F count < L (-2,372) < F (1,57), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is r count = -0.287 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, t count = -3,50 while- t table = 1,57 and so, t The results of the research concluded that there is a negative relationship between the Self-Regulated Learning with procrastination. By testing the coefficient of determination or the results obtain the results obtained procrastination 8.23% variable (Y) is determined by the Self-Regulated Learning (X). The conclusion from this study showed a negative relationship between Self -Regulated Learning with Procrastination in students of SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta.
