Abstract
Wisnu Noviandi, 2020; The Influence of Employee Engagement and Work Discipline Toward Work Productivity: Research On Division Production At Pt Mustika Ratu Tbk. Skripsi, Jakarta: S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The purpose of this study are: To know 1) The description of employee engagement, work discipline and work productivity of Production Division at PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, 2) Effect of employee engagement on work productivity of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk Production Division, 3) Effect of discipline work on work productivity of the Production Division PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, 4) The research model employee engagement and work discipline in predicting work productivity at the Production Division PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. This research was conducted on 126 employees of the Production Division PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. The technique used in data collection is the survey method by interviewing and distributing questionnaires and then processed using the SPSS 22 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between employee engagement on work productivity, work discipline on work productivity and research models of employee engagement and work discipline can predict the work productivity of the Production Division PT Mustika Ratu Tbk with a value of Fcount > Ftable ( 52,365> 3.07) and significance (0,000 <0.05).
