Abstract

ISDAYANTI.8105160508. The Effect of Classroom Learning and Management Facilities on Learning Motivation of OTKK Subjects Class XI and XII OTKP at SMKN 45 Jakarta. Scripts. Jakarta: Economic Education study program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University.2020. This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and classroom management on learning motivation of Financial Governance Automation classes XI and XII OTKP at SMKN 45 Jakarta. This research is calculated starting from November 2019 until January 2020. The research method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all students of SMKN 45 Jakarta with 771 students. The outreach population is 141 students of class XI and XII OTKP SMKN 45 Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 100 students. The technique used is a proportional random technique. Learning motivation data (Y), learning facilities (X1) and class management (X2) are primary data using Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques using the SPSS program version 25.0 began by looking for the analysis requirements test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test with the results of the significance of learning facilities of 0.200, class management of 0.200, and motivation of learning of 0.200, then using a linearity test with significance value at the linearity of facilities learning at 0,000, the significance value on the linearity of management classes at 0,000, the classical assumption test using the heterokedaticity test in the Spearman 'rho test with the Sig. (2tailed) learning facility variable is 0.735 and classroom management variable is 0.684 Because the value is more than 0.05 then there is no heterokedasticity, then using path analysis, and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The conclusion in this study is the learning facilities and classroom management have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation.
