Dina Andayani. 1703517004. Analysis Competencies of Secretary at Directorate Information Technology and Dokumentation National Population of Family Planning Board. DIII of Office Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2020. This Scientific Paper has a purpose to find out the competency of secretary at Directorate Information Technology and Dokumentation, National Population of Family Planning Board. The methods used in this research is descriptive analysis by using data collection method through observation and literature study. Competency is a skill, knowledge, basic attitude, and values contained in a person that is reflected in the ability to think and act consistently. In other words, competency is not only about one's knowledge or ability, but the willingness to do what is known to produce benefits. From the results of the study, it can be seen that to become a professional secretary must have competency in order to be able to do all the work precisely in accordance with his profession.
