Abstract
DITA KASIH RAMADHANI. 2020. 1703517007. Analysis Work Discipline on Human Resources Division in Century Battery Indonesia Company. D-III Office Administration Study Programme. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This scientific paper has written for knowing about implementing work discipline on human resources division in Century Battery Indonesia Company. The method that the writer use on this scientific paper is the analytic description method with a method collecting of various is observance research and library research. From this analysis, it is found that work discipline becomes a means of forming personality and helps to make the work environment more conducive and efficient. So that during the implementation there are still many obstacles that must be faced and in finding the best solution to handle it, so that work discipline can be upheld and become an objective that must be achieved both by the company and each of its employees.
