Abstract

ABSTRACT SAFIRAH KHAIRANA 8015128090 .Pengaruh interest in learning and achievement motivation on student learning outcomes terhadapa SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Concentration Education Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research was to determine Effect of learning and achievement motivation on learning outcomes On Student Of Vocational High School 40 Jakarta. This research was carried out for three months, starting in February 2016 to April 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study are all students of SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The population of inaccessibility is the class X totaling 136 students. The sampling technique used was proportional random technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data collection technique using the technique of recording documents, interviews and questionnaires. To capture learning outcomes data (Y), interest in learning (X1) and achievement motivation (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents and retrieve data daily test results of the second semester of respondents. The data analysis technique used is the test requirements analysis consists of test for normality and linearity test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that there is a partial effect between interest in learning with learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t value amounted to 4,348> t table value of 1,658. Achievement motivation partial effect on learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t value 4,348> t table value of 1,658. interest in learning and achievement motivation simultaneously affect the study results, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed a value of 80,778 F count> F table value of 3,09. The regression equation obtained was Y = 17,119 + 0,163X1 + 0,270X2. Based on the obtained coefficient determination R2 value of 0,625, which means interest in learning (X1) and achievement motivation (X) effect on learning outcomes (Y) of 62,5%.
