Abstract
ABSTRACT Kartika Nurul Fatima. 8105132109. The Influence Job Satisfaction And Organizational Commitment To Organizational Citizenship Behavior On Employees In PT Citra Sembilansatu North Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior on employees in PT Citra Sembilansatu North Jakarta. This research was conducted in March 2017 until May 2017. The research method used is survey method with causality approach. The population in this study is all employees of PT Citra Sembilansatu amounting 122 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling, so that got the number of research samples as much as 89 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques and questionnaires. Data of OCB (Y), job satisfaction (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) was obtained from the result of questionnaire distribution to the respondents. Data analysis technique performed is test analysis requirements consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the job satisfaction and OCB. Can be seen from the results of data analysis is known that the value of t hitung of 4,302 > ttabel value 1,662. Then it is known there is a partial influence between organizational commitment and OCB. Can be seen from the results of the data analysis is known that the value of thitung of 5,648 > value ttabel 1.662. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously affect the OCB, it is seen from the data that shows the value of Fhitung to 43,708 > value Ftabel of 3,10. The regression equation obtained is Ῡ = 12,085 + 0,424X1 + 0,695X2 . Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value of R2 0,504 which means job satisfaction (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) have an effect of 50.4% on OCB (Y) Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment
