Abstract

Aisharahmi, 2017; The Influence Of Compensation And Job Stress On Employee’s Job Statisfaction At PT. “A”. Skripsi, Jakarta : Bachelor Degree Of Management, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Major, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To find a description of the job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment at PT. “A”, 2) To determine whether there is an influence of job stress on employee’s organizational commitment at PT. “A”, 3) To determine whether there is an influence of job statisfaction on employee’s organizational commitment at PT. “A”, 4) To know whether research conducted already meet the feasibility of a model. The sample of this research are 60 employees who work as a staff at PT. “A”. Research data retrieval by survey method and the data processed with SPSS version 20. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The Results of regression showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction.
