Abstract
ABSTRACT Rahma Laras Triarti. Correlation Between Compensation With Job Performance of PT Pongs Indonesia employees at Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2012. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the correlation between compensation with job performance of employee’s at PT Pongs Indonesia. The research healed at PT Pongs Indonesia for three months since October until Desember 2012. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, and the data is got from instrument to employee at PT Pongs Indonesia. The population research was all of employees with total 70 employees, with 58 employees for sampling and used proportional random sampling. The instrument used to obtain data on variable X (Compensation) and variable Y (Job Performance) was measured using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Y= 270,68+0,072X, while the test requirements of the analysis are the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with L obtained Liliefors test count (0,05) < L (0,116), this means that samples come from normally distributed population. Test of significance and linier regression by using the table Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) test was obtained regression equation (25,55) > F table table (4,02) which states that the regression is very significant and regressions that produce linierity test F count (1,05) < F (1,91) which indicates that the model uses linier regression. Correlation coefficient hypothesis tests conducted using the formula r xy table Product Moment by Pearson yield of 0,560: this means the relationship between two variables is strong. Tests of significance with t count equal to 5,05 and t table value of 1,68. Because t count > t from the above study, the researcher can conclude that there is a significant relationship between Compensation with Job Performance on employee of PT. PONGS INDONESIA. Test determination coefficient KD of 31,33%. yield. So it is concluded that there are positif and significant relationship between Compensation with Job Performance on employee.
