Abstract

The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for job satisfaction, motivation to work , and OCB at PT Adhi Wijaya Citra. 2) Test empirically influence of motivation to work towards OCB at PT Adhi Wijaya Citra. 3) Test empirically influence of job satisfaction towards OCB at PT Adhi Wijaya Citra. 4) Test empirically influence of motivation to work and job satisfaction towards OCB at PT Adhi Wijaya Citra. The analysis implemented in this research are simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The method of this research is non-probability sampling, that taken 148 employees, while data collecting by using quitionaire and cultivated using SPSS 22.0. The result of t test for motivation to work is 7.543, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between motivation to work towards OCB. The result of t test for job satisfaction is 5,319, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between job satisfaction towards OCB. The result of F test is 36.977, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between motivation to work and job satisfaction towards OCB. The result of Adjusted R-Square is 0.329 or 32.9%. It means OCB is affected by motivation to work and job satisfaction as much as 32,9%. Keywords: motivation to work, job satisfaction and OCB
