Results of data analysis as follows: all variables in this study meet the assumptionof normal distribution and linearity. Multiple regression equation obtained Y= 1,987 + 0,383X1 + 0,361 X2 . Regression coefficients simultaneously test showedsignificant regression and effect simultaneously. Partial regression coefficient test using Coefficients table. Testing variables X1 obtained tcount = 3,729and tcritical =1,686. This shows effect on the variable X1 to variable Y. Testing variables X2 obtained tcount = 3,865 and tcritical = 1,686. This shows the effect on the variable X2 to variable Y. Test the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.524 produce this showsthat 52.4% Y variables influenced by variables X1 and X2 . Regression model inthis study is free from classical assumption of deviation, not the symptoms ofmulticollinearity, heteroscedasticity. Based on these results we can conclude thatthere is positive and significant correlation between work environment onemployee performance, there is positive and significantcorrelation between emotional intelligence on employee performance, and simultanly there is positive and significant influence of work environment and emotional intellegence on employee performance.
