Abstract
ABSTRACT NUR RACHMAH WATY. Influence of Sharing System and Quality of Service to Purchase Intention Products Member Murabahah Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT) Tanjung Sejahtera North Jakarta. Sciption. Jakarta : Concentration of Cooperative Economic Education, Study Program of Economic Education, State University of Jakarta. 2013. This study aims to determine how much Influences of Sharing System and Quality of Service to Purchase Intention Products Member Murabahah Baitul Maal Wattamwil Tanjung Sejahtera Jakarta Utara, which is located at Manggar street, Koja, Jakarta Utara, conducted from February to June 2013. This study uses a survey method with multiple linier regression approach. In this research, the population are all members of the BMT Tanjung Sejahtera Jakarta Utara for all kinds of product totaling 5991 people, then the population is a member of the reasonable use of murabahah product that is 546 people so drawn sample of 85 people. Data variable Y is the purchase intention, variable data X1 is the sharing system, and X2 variable data is quality of service. Results of data analysis techniques as follows : all variable in this study have normal distribution and satisfy the assumption of linearity. Obtained multiple linear regression equation is Y = 9,822 + 0,411X1 + 0,377X2. And provided Fcount = 30,803 and Fcritical = 3,108. This show a significant and influential regression simultaneously. Testing X1 variables obtained tcount = 5,041 and tcritical = 2,283. This show the X1 variable effect on the Y. Testing X2 variables obtained tcount = 3,134 and tcritical = 2,283. This show the X2 variable effect on the Y. Results of this study concluded that there is a positive influence between sharing system and quality of service to purchase intention of members BMT. By calculating the coefficient of determination or the determinant obtained results 0,429. This means that the sharing system and the quality of service contributed 43% to the purchase intention of members BMT. Keywords : Purchase Intention, Sharing System, Quality of Service
