Abstract

ABSTRACT WAHYUNIDAR. The influence of service quality to the interest of saving time deposits SIJAGO in members of cooperative employee secretariat general DPR RI. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the quality of service to members in the interest of saving time deposits SIJAGO in the General Secretariat Employees Cooperative House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Jakarta. The research was conducted during the four months from April to July 2013. The method used is the census method with correlational approach. Population and sample in this study are members of the cooperative who are employees in the Secretariat General of the House of Representatives by 51 people. The data used are primary data with a questionnaire instrument for a variable X (Quality of Service) and a variable Y (Interest Savings). Prior to use the instrument tested on 30 members of the Religious Affairs Ministry Employees Cooperative Central Jakarta Administration City. From the test results obtained by the value of the variable X Rii (Quality of Service) of 0.942. Thus, this study is very reliable instrument to use. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained is Ý = 19.12 + 0.742 X. Lilliefors normality test results produced while Ltabel Lhitung = 0.097 for n = 51 at significance level of 0.05 is 0.124. Because Lhitung <Ltabel the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of regression produces Fcount (101.56)> F (4.03) which means that the regression equation significantly. Linearity regression test produces Fcount (1.83) <F table (1.95) therefore concluded that the linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient test result rhitung = 0.821. Further test the significance of the correlation coefficient using t-test, yielding t (10.08)> t table (1,68). Results of these studies concluded that there is a positive effect between quality of service to the interests of saving. With a coefficient of determination obtained test results save 67.45% variable interest (Y) is determined by the quality of service (X).
