Abstract
Ridho abdullah, 2016; Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan kepuasaankerjaterhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT Arminta Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Konsentrasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Program Studi Manajemen, Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) For a description of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT ARMINTA. 2) To determine the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT ARMINTA 0.3) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT ARMINTA 0.4) To determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT ARMINTA. The analysis used in this study is a simple linear analysis and linear regression. Research conducted by simple random sampling of 67 employees at PT ARMINTA, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed by using SPSS 21 T test results on organizational commitment variables for 5494, with significant value 0,000. That is, the commitment the organization has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). T test results on job satisfaction variables in 4190, with significant value 0,000. This means that job satisfaction has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). F-test of 22.166, with a significance value of 0.000. That is, organizational commitment and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). R2 value generated from 0409, or 40.9%. This figure illustrates the organizational commitment and job satisfaction influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) amounted to 40.9%.
