Abstract
ABSTRACT Andi Adamas, 2016; Influence of Transformational leadership and Organizatonal Culture to Performance employee Starbucks Coffee South Jakarta (District 4). Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are:. 1) To know description for the work transformational leadership, organizational culture, and performance of Starbucks Coffee South Jakarta (District 4). 2) Test empirically influence of transformational leadership towards employee performance of Starbucks Coffee South Jakarta (District 4). 3) Test empirically influence of organizational culture towards employee performance of Starbucks Coffee South Jakarta (District 4). 4) Test empirically influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture towards employee performance of Starbucks Coffee South Jakarta (District 4), 5) To know how far the contribution of transformational leadership and oraganizational culture toward employee performance of Starbucks Coffee South Jakarta (District 4). The analysis implemented in this research are descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 88 employees Starbucks Coffee South Jakarta (District 4), while data collection by using quitionaire and cultivated processed using SPSS 21. The results of the regression indicate that there is influence transformational leadership towards performance and there is influence between oraganizational culture towards performance. Transformational leadership and organization culture simultaneously influence the performance through Fcount >F (45.229>3.08) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of transformational leadership and organizational culture on performance is 0,504 or 50,4% through the result of Rtable value while the rest is 49,6% is influenced by the other factors.
