Abstract

ABSTRACT Febrian Dimas Isnaeni, 2016; The Influence of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction On Organizational Commitment at PT Inti Cakrawala Citra. Skripsi, Jakarta: Major in Human Resource, Study Program of S1 Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge and credible about the influence of job stress and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of PT Inti Cakrawala Citra partially and simultaneously. The research model in this study using regression analysis. This study was conducted on 69 employees at the level of the staff at PT Inti Cakrawala Citra. The data collection technique using a survey method and processed by SPSS 21.0. The results of the partial significance test showed that job stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment of employees. The results from the simultaneous significance test showed that job stress and job satisfaction together influence the organizational commitment of employees.
