Abstract

ABSTRACT Galuh Fitriyawati, 2016; The Influence Of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment And Emotional Intelligence on Turnover Intention of Employees at PT.“X” Jakarta. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research purpose are: 1) To know the description about job satisfaction, organizational commitment, emotional intelligence and turnover intention of employees at PT.“X” Jakarta; 2) To test empirically the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees at PT.“X”Jakarta; 3) To test empirically the influence of organizational commitment on turnover intention of employees at PT.“X”Jakarta; 4) To test empirically the influence of emotional intelligence on turnover intention of employees at PT.“X”Jakarta; 5) To test empirically the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and emotional intelligence on turnover intention of employees at PT.“X”Jakarta. The sample of this research are 57 employees of PT.“X”Jakarta. Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 21. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that job satisfaction has significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has significant effect on turnover intention and emotional intelligence has significant effect on turnover intention. Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Emotional Intelligence simultaneously have significant effect on turnover intention with Fcount (9.924) >Ftable (2.780) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). The adjusted R2 value are 0.323 or 32,3%. This show that 32,3% of turnover intention are influenced by job satisfaction, organizational commitment and emotional intelligence while the rest 67,7% influenced by other factors.
