Abstract
ABSTRACT Siti Kismurwati, 2016; The Influence of Compensation and Work Motivation on Organizational Commitment of Employees Production at PT “X” Tangerang. Skripsi, Jakarta: Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research purpose are: 1) To know the description about compensation, work motivation, and organizational commitment of employees at PT “X, 2)To determine the compensation influence on organizational commitment of employees at PT “X”, 3) To determine work motivaiton influence on organizational commitment of employees at PT “X”, 4) To determine the compensation and work motivation together influence on organizational commitment at PT “X”. The sample of this research are 90 staff employees of production at PT “X” Tangernag. Research data retreival by questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 19. This research using descriptive and expllanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that compensation has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and work motivation has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Compensation and work motivation simultaneously have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with Fcount (27,961) > Ftable (3,10) and significance value 0,000 < 0,05. The adjusted R2 value are 0,377 or 37,7%. It show that 37,7% organizational commitment of employee are influenced by compensation and work motivation while the rest 62,3% influenced by other factors.
