Abstract
ABSTRACT Royhan Al Kamil, 2016; The Influence of Workload, and Job Motivation On Job Satisfaction Of Permanent Employees At PT. Kanaya. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are:.1) To know the description of workload, job motivation, and job satisfaction of permanent employees at PT. Kanaya, 2) To test empirically the effect between workload on job satisfaction of permanent employees at PT. Kanaya, 3) To test empirically the effect of job motivation on job satisfaction of permanent employees at PT. Kanaya, 4) To test empirically the effect between workload, and job motivation simultaneously on job satisfaction of permanent employees at PT. Kanaya. This research is taken 52 permanent employees at PT. Kanaya. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21.0. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data account which used is SPSS 21.0. The results of regression indicates that there is negative and significant influence between workload on job satisfaction, there is positive and significant influence between job motivation on job satisfaction, there is significant influence between workload, and job motivation simultaneously on job satisfaction through Fcount >F (28,086>3,19) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of workload, and job motivation on job satisfaction is 0,515 or (51,5%) through the result of R table 2 value while the rest is 48,5% is influenced by the other factors.
