Abstract

ABSTRACT Zahrania Maurdy Pramasitha, 2016; The Influence Of Human Resource Practices toward Turnover Intention Mediated with Organization Commitment on Sales Representative at PT Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research purpose are: 1)To test empirically the influence of human resource practices toward organization commitment on Sales Representative at PT Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk, 2) To test empirically the influence of organization commitment toward turnover intention on Sales Representative at PT Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk, 3) To test empirically the influence of human resource practices toward turnover intention on Sales Representative at PT Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk, 4) To test empirically the influence of human resource practices toward turnover intention mediated by organization commitment on Sales Representative at PT Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk. The sample used in this research are 134 sales representative employees of PT Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk that distributed in 5 the brach office of PT Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk. The results of correlation showed that human resource pracitces is significantly correlated with turnover intention and organization commitment is also significantly correlated with turnover intention. Through regression, found that human resource practices and organization commitment simultaneously have significant effect on turnover intention with Fcount (22,468) > F (3.01) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). Path analysis showed that the indirect effect of human resource practices toward turnover intention mediated by organization commitment is 24%.
