Abstract
ABSTRACT LIA RATNASARI, 2016; The Influence of Work Environment and Compensation to Employee Retention at Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Rawamangun. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Study Program of S1 Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research is: 1) to describe the work environment, compensation and employee retention at Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Rawamangun 2) to know the influence of work environment towards employee retention at Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Rawamangun. 3) to know the influence of compensation towards employee retention at Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Rawamangun. 4) To find out how big the contribution of the work environment and compensation ttowards employee retention at Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Rawamangun. Population of this research is the employees of the Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Rawamangun. Research conducted on 104 officer Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Rawamangun, East Jakarta. Data collection techniques using a survey method that is spreading questionnaire which is then processed with SPSS 21.0 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. Results of regression showed that there is a positive and significant influence among the working environment on employee retention, there is positive and significant correlation between compensation on employee retention, and work environment and compensation simultaneously influence employee retention with significance value.
