Abstract

ABSTRACT Henty Retris Pangesti, 2015; The Influence Of Motivation And Compensation To Production Employee Job Satisfaction At PT. Galic Artabahari. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are:.. 1)To describe about motivation, compensation and production employee job satisfaction PT. Galic Artabahari. 2)To determine whether there is an influence of motivation on production employee job satisfaction PT. Galic Artabahari. 3)To determine whether there is an influence of compensation on production employee job satisfaction PT. Galic Artabahari. 4)To determine whether there is influence between motivation and compensation on production employee job satisfaction PT. Galic Artabahari. 5)To find about how far the contribution from motivation and compensation to production employee job satisfaction PT. Galic Artabahari. This research is taken 110 production employee in PT. Galic Artabaharii. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21.0. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data account which used is SPSS 21.0. The results of the regression indicate that there is positive influence and significant between motivation to job satisfaction and there is positive influence and significant between compensation to job satisfaction. Motivation and compensation simultaneously positive influence and significant to job satisfaction through Fcount >F (44.601>3.08) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of motivation and compensation on job satisfaction is 0,443 or 44,3% through the result of R2 value while the rest is 55,7 % is influenced by the other factors.
