This Scientific Work aims to know the effective communication on the work environment of PT. Jasa Marga Tbk. Branch Cawang-Tomang-Cengkareng (Sedyatmo). Methods in collecting data used in this Scientific Work is an analysis of observations during the period of implementation of Field Work Practice activities. From the results of this scientific work can be seen that effective communication in the work environment of PT. Jasa Marga Tbk. Branch Cawang - Tomang - Cengkareng (Sedyatmo) need to do according to effective communication norms that apply for the achievement of effective communication and can improve good relationship and improve productivity and comfort work environment for company purpose.
